Junior Scuba Diver Course (Ages 10–15)

Introduce your child to the incredible world of scuba diving with the SSI Junior Open Water Diver (OWD) Certification Course – a globally recognized diving program designed for young adventurers aged 10 to 15. This fun and safety-focused course builds essential diving skills, boosts underwater confidence, and opens the door to unforgettable ocean exploration.

Upon successful completion, students receive their SSI Junior Open Water Diver Certification, valid worldwide. At age 15, they can complete a Scuba Skills Update to upgrade their certification to the full Open Water Diver level.

Course Overview

The Junior OWD course is divided into 3 parts over 3 days:

• Day 1: Theory session (3 hours with a certified instructor or self-paced e-learning) + Pool Training

• Day 2 & 3: 4 Open Water dives in Nha Trang or Phú Quốc (based on season)
  

Key Information

• Depth Limit: Max 12 meters

• Supervision Required: Must dive with a certified adult or dive professional

• Certification: SSI Junior Open Water Diver (upgradable at age 15)
